WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER? HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

OR you can take the guess work out of measuring and purchase one of my sizing kits to ensure the perfect fit. NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CUSTOM SIZED NAILS!
WHAT IF MY SIZES ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE PRE-SET SIZES LISTED?
Not a problem! I want each set to fit you perfectly! So, once you have discovered your sizes, please select "custom" in the size drop down arrow. Then, BE SURE TO LIST YOUR SIZES (thumb to pinky, left to right) in the "note to seller" portion before check out. Handmade sets are made to order, and it is not recommend you file to change the shape, sizing varies by small increments, so you should be able to find your perfect fit.
How long will my nails last?
Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, your choice of adhesive, and your daily use. The key to longer wear time is prepping your nails with the supplies included, and avoiding long term exposure to water and manual labor. It is not unusual to pop gems, but take care when wearing your delicate art. Nails are not tools.
DOUBLE SIDED GEL TABS
can hold anywhere from 1-3 days and are perfect for temporary wear and special occasions.
WITH GLUE
your nails can last anywhere up to 2 weeks or longer! Never continue to wear nails that are lifting as it can become a source for bacteria to breed. Remove lifting nails, then clean and dry before reapplying nails.
ARE THE NAILS REUSABLE?
YES! All of my handmade nails are reusable. Because your nails are made with salon quality products, they are strong and durable and will even stand up to hairspray and sunscreen!
WHEN USING DOUBLE SIDED GEL TAB ADHESIVES, nails can be reused over and over. Simply clean off the used adhesive tabs from the backside of the nails.
WHEN USING GLUE, use the included nail removal tool to gently remove your nails. Once removed, you will want to softly file away any excessive glue from the underside so the next application will lie smoothly.
With proper care of your Dead Girl Claws, you can wear and reuse multiple times! Keep your nails safe in the beautiful box and adhesive strip provided.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS AND SIZES?
YES
CUSTOM SIZE- No additional fee, just enter your nail sizes in the note to seller at time of purchase, ill make them to fit!
CUSTOM DESIGN- If you don't see a design you are interested in, or have a specific design idea not shown, contact me and we will design you the perfect set for you! After the consult, I will give you the price quote, and you can then select your quoted price from the pull down menu.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY NAILS IN THE MAIL?
Each Nail set order is fulfilled based on the order they are received. some orders may take only a few hours to complete but there may be other orders in front of yours so please keep that in mind.
Orders with MULTIPLE SETS may Take longer to ship due to the number of sets ordered
expect your sets to ship 1-3 weeks from the day of purchase.
I Run my shop alone so please have patience and try to bear with me
I LOST A NAIL!
Not a problem, you can always buy a replacement!. Just message me and I will remake your missing nail.
Many nail sets are also interchangeable!
you can even consider buying Bling accent nails to replace the existing nails.
Shipping fees apply and replacements do not come with a prep kit. additional prep kits can be purchased through my shop.
OH NO! MY NAILS DON'T FIT!
Not a problem, if you ordered the wrong size or measured incorrectly, you can always buy a replacement for the ill fitting nails! Just message me and I will remake your missing nail.
I am not responsible if the wrong size is ordered. So, it is important to read shop policies, sizing information, and measure carefully before ordering. I also offer Sizing Kits in shop to help you find the perfect sized fit.
If the size is off on a nail or two I suggest purchasing a "Replacement Nail"
Id like to change the delivery address
Merchant card services as well as PayPal protection will not honor or insure your order if I ship it to any address other than what is entered at the time of purchase.
Because of this, it is necessary to have you re-order (I will still honor your spot in line in my work queue) with the desired shipping address. Shopify, credit card services, and other payment gateways have their own security measures to ensure, protect, and avoid fraud. For these reasons, as a seller, I'm not covered if I ship an order to a different address than it was purchased for.
Simply contact me, re-order a duplicate order with the address requested. If your bank approves it and if all information agrees, your original purchase will be canceled and I will pick up your new purchase and deliver it to the address stated on that purchase. While this seems tedious, they are necessary steps- and I must follow as outlined in my contract with the various merchant card services I use. Please read more in my shop policies.
